CRM Consultant (m/f/d) (HubSpot)

As a CRM Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and intensifying the use of the HubSpot CRM platform for our customers. You will work with marketing and sales teams to review, consult, configure and implement the platform according to our clients' requirements. You will work with clients on specific projects, typically lasting from 30 to 120 days.

Tasks:

- Work with the sales, marketing and service teams to map and build their processes - Work closely with the project team to create customized project roadmaps

- Strategic setup and configuration of the HubSpot platform

- Identifying opportunities to improve the use of the CRM with a focus on software and service companies

- Providing support with HubSpot to enable our clients to maximize their use of the system

- Proactively identifying ways in which our clients can work more efficiently within the HubSpot platform

- Creating and building customized reports and dashboards - Creating and setting up workflows (automated processes) and processing standards

- Training teams in the use of the HubSpot platform

- Migration of data into the CRM

- Managing software integration projects with interfaces to other systems

Ideally, you have the following criteria for this position

- Knowledge of common digital marketing and sales strategies in the B2B environment

- Expertise in HubSpot or similar platforms (e.g. Salesforce)

- CRM usage experience of 1-3 years and experience in setting up such a software solution would be ideal

- Ability to solve technical CRM problems, including the incorporation of individual customer requirements (programming skills are not required)

- Project management experience with a strong ability to manage multiple disparate projects simultaneously

- Excellent communication skills to build customer relationships

- Knowledge of Google Workspace, Asana and Slack

- Fluency in German at native level (C2) and advanced knowledge of English (C1)

- Proactive approach both internally and towards clients - always looking for ways to expand our services and support our clients' growth

Graduate/intern/working student (m/f/d)

  • have already gained some experience in marketing, sales or IT
  • someone who has a natural affinity for software and IT (no programming skills required)
