Localcities is the largest digital Swiss community and association platform, on which relevant information from Swiss communities and associations is bundled in order to strengthen interaction between citizens, communities and regions. Localcities belongs to Swisscom Directories AG and is part of the Swisscom Group.

The challenge
Localcities' sales and back office were managed via various Excel spreadsheets. This resulted in manual processes and made automated analyses difficult.
Solution approach
The sales processes were recorded and the Sales Hub Professional was introduced. The existing Excel spreadsheets were prepared and the data migrated to HubSpot. Extensive training was provided for employees to ensure the successful introduction of the new processes and tools.
