The challenge

The challenges facing Elsner Elektronik were manifold. The combination of SageCRM and Sage100 ERP no longer met the company's requirements for modernity. The poor user-friendliness of the old system led to dissatisfaction in the sales and service team and severely restricted the digitalization of the company. In addition, the data from the ERP and CRM systems was only incompletely synchronized. There were many isolated solutions in the marketing area, which required a great deal of manual effort and limited transparency.

Solution approach

The HubSpot Professional Suite solution with a focus on marketing, sales and service and Operations Hub was set up and integrated with the ERP system and the website. Sales and service processes in the outdated CRM were analyzed and all data completely migrated. Marketing activities were consolidated and mapped with marketing automation workflows. The international sales team was trained and the ERP system was synchronized with HubSpot. Finally, a customized reporting system was set up for the management.
