You can recognize an encrypted connection by the character string "https://" and the lock symbol in your browser line.
2) Data collection when visiting our website
If you use our website for information purposes only, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the data that your browser transmits to our server (so-called "server log files"). 5) Online appointment booking
Calendly
This website uses the "Calendly" software from the provider Calendly, LLC, BB&T Tower, 271 17th St NW, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA, to provide an online appointment booking function.
For the purpose of making appointments, first and last name and email address (and telephone number if a telephone appointment is requested) are collected in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR and transmitted to Calendly in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in effective customer management and efficient appointment management and stored there for the purpose of organizing appointments. 6) Use of customer data for direct advertising
6.1 Registration for our e-mail newsletter
If you register for our e-mail newsletter, we will send you regular information about our offers. The only mandatory information for sending the newsletter is your e-mail address. The provision of further data is voluntary and is used to address you personally. We use the so-called double opt-in procedure for sending the newsletter. This means that we will only send you an e-mail newsletter if you have expressly confirmed to us that you consent to receiving the newsletter. We will then send you a confirmation e-mail asking you to confirm that you wish to receive the newsletter in future by clicking on a corresponding link.
By activating the confirmation link, you give us your consent to the use of your personal data in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. When you register for the newsletter, we store your IP address entered by the Internet service provider (ISP) as well as the date and time of registration in order to be able to trace any possible misuse of your email address at a later date. The data collected by us when you register for the newsletter will be used exclusively for the purpose of advertising by means of the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link provided in the newsletter or by sending a message to the controller named at the beginning. Once you have unsubscribed, your email address will be deleted from our newsletter mailing list immediately, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use data beyond this, which is permitted by law and about which we inform you in this declaration.
6.2 Sending the e-mail newsletter to existing customers
If you have provided us with your e-mail address when purchasing goods or services, we reserve the right to regularly send you offers for similar goods or services to those already purchased from our range by e-mail. In accordance with Section 7 (3) UWG, we do not need to obtain separate consent from you for this. In this respect, data processing is carried out solely on the basis of our legitimate interest in personalized direct advertising in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. If you have initially objected to the use of your email address for this purpose, we will not send you any emails. You are entitled to object to the use of your email address for the aforementioned advertising purpose at any time with effect for the future by sending a message to the controller named at the beginning. You will only incur transmission costs for this in accordance with the basic rates. Upon receipt of your objection, the use of your e-mail address for advertising purposes will be discontinued immediately.
6.3 Newsletter dispatch via Sendinblue
Our email newsletters are sent via the technical service provider Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Str. 126, 10179 Berlin, to whom we pass on the data you provided when registering for the newsletter. This transfer takes place in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR and serves our legitimate interest in using an effective, secure and user-friendly newsletter system. The data you enter for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter (e.g. email address) is stored on Sendinblue's servers in the EU.
Sendinblue uses this information to send and statistically analyze the newsletter on our behalf. For evaluation purposes, the emails sent contain so-called web beacons or tracking pixels, which are one-pixel image files stored on our website. This allows us to determine whether a newsletter message has been opened and which links, if any, have been clicked on. Technical information is also collected (e.g. time of access, IP address, browser type and operating system). The data is collected exclusively in pseudonymized form and is not linked to your other personal data; direct personal reference is excluded. This data is used exclusively for the statistical analysis of newsletter campaigns. The results of these analyses can be used to better adapt future newsletters to the interests of the recipients. If you wish to object to the data analysis for statistical evaluation purposes, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter.
Furthermore, Sendinblue may use this data itself in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR on the basis of its own legitimate interest in the needs-based design and optimization of the service as well as for market research purposes, for example to determine from which countries the recipients come. However, Sendinblue does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to write to them itself or to pass them on to third parties.
We have concluded an order processing agreement with Sendinblue in which we oblige Sendinblue to protect our customers' data and not to pass it on to third parties.
You can view Sendinblue's privacy policy here: https://de.sendinblue.com/legal/privacypolicy/
7) Use of social media: social plugins
LinkedIn as standard plugin
Our website uses social plugins ("plugins") from the online service LinkedIn, which is operated by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland ("LinkedIn"). You can recognize the LinkedIn plugins by the LinkedIn logo or the "Recommend" button on our website.
When you visit a page on our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the LinkedIn servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted by LinkedIn directly to your browser and integrated into the page. Through this integration, LinkedIn receives the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a LinkedIn profile or are not currently logged in to LinkedIn. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted directly from your browser to a LinkedIn server in the USA and stored there.
If you are logged in to LinkedIn, LinkedIn can directly associate your visit to our website with your LinkedIn account. If you interact with the plugins, this information is also transmitted directly to a LinkedIn server and stored there. The information is also published on your LinkedIn account and displayed to your contacts there.
The data processing operations described are carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit.f GDPR on the basis of LinkedIn's legitimate interests in displaying personalized advertising to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website and to tailor the LinkedIn service to your needs.
If you do not want LinkedIn to assign the data collected via our website directly to your LinkedIn account, you must log out of LinkedIn before visiting our website. You can also prevent the loading of LinkedIn plugins and thus the data processing operations described above with add-ons for your browser for the future, e.g. with the script blocker "NoScript" (http://noscript.net/).
The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by LinkedIn as well as your rights in this regard and setting options to protect your privacy can be found in LinkedIn's data protection information: https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy
8) Online marketing
8.1 Facebook Pixel for the creation of Custom Audiences (with Cookie Consent Tool)
Within our online offer, the so-called "Facebook pixel" of the social network Facebook is used, which is operated by Facebook Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Quare, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Facebook").
If a user clicks on an advertisement placed by us that is displayed on Facebook, an addition is added to the URL of our linked page by Facebook Pixel. If our site allows data to be shared with Facebook via pixels, this URL parameter is written to the user's browser via a cookie, which our linked site sets itself. This cookie is then read by Facebook Pixel and enables the data to be forwarded to Facebook.
With the help of the Facebook pixel, Facebook is able to determine the visitors of our online offer as a target group for the display of advertisements (so-called "Facebook ads"). Accordingly, we use the Facebook pixel to display the Facebook ads placed by us only to those Facebook users who have also shown an interest in our online offer or who have certain characteristics (e.g. interests in certain topics or products determined on the basis of the websites visited), which we transmit to Facebook (so-called "Custom Audiences"). With the help of the Facebook pixel, we also want to ensure that our Facebook ads correspond to the potential interest of users and are not annoying. This also allows us to evaluate the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes by tracking whether users were redirected to our website after clicking on a Facebook ad (so-called "conversion").
The data collected is anonymous to us, so it does not allow us to draw any conclusions about the identity of the user. However, the data is stored and processed by Facebook so that a connection to the respective user profile is possible and Facebook can use the data for its own advertising purposes in accordance with the Facebook Data Usage Policy (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/). The data can enable Facebook and its partners to place advertisements on and outside of Facebook.
The data processing associated with the use of the Facebook pixel is only carried out with your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your revocation, remove the check mark next to the setting for the "Facebook Pixel" in the "Cookie Consent Tool" integrated on the website.
8.2 Use of Google Ads conversion tracking
This website uses the online advertising program "Google Ads" and, as part of Google Ads, the conversion tracking of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"). We use Google Ads to draw attention to our attractive offers on external websites with the help of advertising material (so-called Google Adwords). We can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are in relation to the advertising campaign data. Our aim is to show you advertising that is of interest to you, to make our website more interesting for you and to achieve a fair calculation of the advertising costs incurred.
The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your end device. These cookies generally lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. Cookies can therefore not be tracked via the websites of Google Ads customers. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for Google Ads customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers are told the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users. If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can block this use by deactivating the Google Conversion Tracking cookie via your Internet browser under the keyword "User settings". You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics. We use Google Ads on the basis of our legitimate interest in targeted advertising in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. As part of the use of Google Ads, personal data may also be transmitted to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA.
You can find more information about Google's privacy policy at the following Internet address: https://www.google.de/policies/privacy/
You can permanently object to the setting of cookies by Google Ads Conversion Tracking by downloading and installing the browser plug-in from Google available at the following link
https://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin?hl=de
Please note that you may not be able to use certain functions of this website, or only to a limited extent, if you have deactivated the use of cookies.
Insofar as legally required, we have obtained your consent to the processing of your data as described above in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your revocation, deactivate this service in the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website or alternatively follow the option described above to make an objection.
8.3 Hubspot
This website uses the services of HubSpot, a software-based marketing service provided by HubSpot Ireland Ltd, 2nd Floor 30 North Wall Quay, Dublin 1, Ireland.
With the help of Hubspot, various customer service and customer management services can be digitally synchronized and processed via a central user interface. HubSpot enables the generation of leads, centralized e-mail and newsletter marketing, contact management in the form of user segmentation and CRM and the management of contact forms.
To perform the various functions, HubSpot uses cookies, small text files that are stored locally in the cache of your web browser on your end device and enable us to analyze your use of the website. The cookies collect certain information such as the IP address, the location, the time of the page view, etc. Information collected by HubSpot is stored on HubSpot servers and analyzed on our behalf.
If personal data is processed in this context, the data processing is carried out for the statistical analysis of user behavior for optimization and marketing purposes in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Further legal bases for data processing that intervene in the context of specific HubSpot services (e.g. when sending newsletters, the express consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR) remain unaffected by this.
We have concluded an order processing contract with HubSpot, in which we oblige HubSpot to protect our customers' data and not to pass it on to third parties.
You can permanently object to the collection of data by HubSpot using cookies and the setting of cookies by preventing the storage of cookies through your browser settings.
You can find more information about Hubspot's privacy policy at the following Internet address: https://legal.hubspot.com/de/datenschutz
Insofar as legally required, we have obtained your consent to the processing of your data as described above in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your revocation, please follow the option described above for making an objection.
8.4 LinkedIn Marketing Solutions
We use "LinkedIn Marketing Solutions" on our website, a service provided by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland (hereinafter "LinkedIn"). This makes it possible to refer visitors to our website to further content of our own based on their usage behavior on the LinkedIn social network, which is likely to correspond to the respective user interest. This content is displayed on the basis of a cookie-based analysis of previous user behavior, but no personal data is stored. For this interest-based content determination, cookies, i.e. small text files, are stored on your computer or mobile device in order to collect pseudonymized data about your surfing behavior and thus adapt the content individually to the stored information.
If the information collected and evaluated has a personal reference, the processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in the display of personalized page content and market research.
The information can be assigned to the person of the user with the help of further information that LinkedIn has stored about the user, e.g. due to the ownership of an account on the social network "LinkedIn". LinkedIn uses an algorithm to analyze surfing behavior and can then display targeted product recommendations as personalized advertising banners on the user's LinkedIn account. LinkedIn may also combine the information collected via the cookies with other information that LinkedIn has collected via other websites and / or in connection with the use of the social network "LinkedIn" and thus create pseudonymized user profiles. Under no circumstances, however, can the information collected be used to personally identify visitors to this website.
You can prevent the collection of the aforementioned information by LinkedIn by setting an opt-out cookie on one of the websites linked below:
https://www.linkedin.com/psettings/guest-controls
Insofar as legally required, we have obtained your consent to the processing of your data as described above in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by deactivating this service in the "Cookie Consent Tool" integrated on this website.
Further information on LinkedIn's privacy policy can be found on the following website: https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy

However, this right does not exist in particular if the processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfill a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims;
- Right to restriction of processing in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR: You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data as long as the accuracy of your data, which you dispute, is verified, if you refuse to delete your data due to inadmissible data processing and instead request the restriction of the processing of your data, if you need your data to assert, exercise or defend legal claims after we no longer need this data after the purpose has been achieved or if you have lodged an objection for reasons of your particular situation, as long as it is not yet clear whether our legitimate reasons prevail;
- Right to information in accordance with Art. 19 GDPR: If you have asserted the right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing against the controller, the controller is obliged to notify all recipients to whom the personal data concerning you have been disclosed of this rectification or erasure of the data or restriction of processing, unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. You have the right to be informed about these recipients.

In the event of revocation, we will delete the data concerned immediately, unless further processing can be based on a legal basis for processing without consent. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;

9.2 RIGHT TO OBJECT
IF WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA AS PART OF A BALANCING OF INTERESTS ON THE BASIS OF OUR OVERRIDING LEGITIMATE INTEREST, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT TO THIS PROCESSING AT ANY TIME WITH EFFECT FOR THE FUTURE ON GROUNDS RELATING TO YOUR PARTICULAR SITUATION.

IF YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT TO OBJECT, WE WILL STOP PROCESSING THE DATA CONCERNED FOR DIRECT MARKETING PURPOSES.

If there are statutory retention periods for data that is processed within the framework of legal or similar obligations on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, this data will be routinely deleted after the retention periods have expired, provided that it is no longer required for contract fulfillment or contract initiation and/or we no longer have a legitimate interest in further storage.
When processing personal data on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, this data is stored until the data subject exercises their right to object in accordance with Art. 21 para. 1 GDPR, unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that outweigh the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.
When processing personal data for the purpose of direct marketing on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, this data is stored until the data subject exercises their right to object in accordance with Art. 21 para. 2 GDPR.
